Previous experience

I'm an applied economist by training, and have been criss-crossing between academia and the industry for over a decade now. In my past avatar, I was a full time academic engaged in teaching and research pertaining to managerial economics, economics of two-sided markets, aspects of regulating big tech, and behavioral economics. Aside from research and teaching, I was involved in shaping and designing the curriculum for a hands-on, learning by doing B-school pedagogy. I also advised and mentored student startups and helped them with user reserch, product-market fit, and fundraising and pitching.
