In the area of monitoring and observability, Andre has provided effective end-to-end monitoring for many applications and solutions offered to clients that were supported by his previous employer, this includes supporting major clients such as Bank of America and New York Community Bank and applications such as Zelle, and Enhanced Payments Platform.

His end-to-end monitoring experience included implementation of monitoring in several domains which were synthetic monitoring (Digital Experience/User Journey), log monitoring, application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, and network monitoring.

The tools that he has experience with across the different domains are Splunk, ExtraHop, Broadcom 'CA' Application Performance Monitor, DynaTrace, Broadcom 'CA' Application Synthetic Monitor, Microfocus (formerly HP) SiteScope, Broadcom 'CA' Spectrum, Boradcom 'CA' Performance Monitor, as well as experience developing synthetic monitoring scripts using tools such as, WebDriver (Selenium), and J-Meter.

He also served as a veteran commissioned officer in the U.S. Army National Guard for 8 years to include deployment to Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan). His military occupational specialty was as a Signal Officer, which covered areas such as networking, field communications, and server administration, as well an electronic warfare specialist.
