He advises CIOs on how to select, implement and adapt technology and process to maximise quality and efficiency.
Previous experience
Andrew led the Platform directorate at NHS Digital developing some of the key national platforms for the NHS in England including the NHS Spine, Data Platforms, Identity and Access Management and developed the 3 year platform strategy for the next generation of capabilities. He also led the first major programme to use Lean and Agile practices at scale into the organisation.
