Andrew Miljanovski is a Vice President Advisor at Gartner, where he is part of the Sourcing, Procurement and Vendor Management team. Mr. Miljanovski currently conducts research associated with IT infrastructure and communications' sourcing in all four phases of the sourcing life cycle. In this capacity, he ensures integrated, high-quality analyses across all outsourcing services, along with the continued development of new research to meet the needs of Gartner clients. His responsibilities include working with clients to resolve infrastructure and communications issues for sourcing, procurement and vendor management leaders as well as multisourcing service integration (MSI). He also covers ServiceNow and other ITSM tool implementation.
Prior to this, Mr. Miljanovski was the Director of IT Operations. He was also the Managing Director of Infrastructure and Process. He worked as Head of Strategy, Planning and Services Branch. He has also worked as a Project Executive, Governance and Control. He was also a Director of Governance World Wide Strategic Outsourcing.
