Annika is a Director Analyst in Gartner's Business and Technology Insights Team, supporting CHROs and their teams in Talent Management topics. She serves as a thought partner to HR leaders in regards to best practices in performance management, talent reviews, internal mobility and career pathing, talent strategy, and the talent management operating model. She advises clients on achieving critical business objectives through talent-related strategies and coaches them to implement best practices for talent management.
Prior to joining Gartner, Annika was a Research Scientist for a K-12 education technology company. She analyzed best practices for implementation of the curriculum and assessment technology, identifying strategies to improve student learning and teacher use, while informing future product development. She also coached and problem solved with teachers, schools and districts to implement the curriculum and assessment technology along with best practices.
