As a Gartner Analyst, I advise CIOs and heads of IT infrastructure and operations at global enterprises on cloud and infrastructure transformation, delivering data-driven insights and prescriptive recommendations. My role involves equipping technology leaders with strategic frameworks, operating models, and financial rigor to optimize cloud adoption and accelerate innovation.
My coverage spans two key areas. In Cloud Strategy & Governance, I guide organizations on operating-model design, workload-placement policies, and end-to-end implementation roadmaps, including exit strategies and migration methodologies. I also help develop business cases, define KPIs, and implement FinOps best practices, alongside designing landing zone architectures and optimizing workloads.
In AI & Generative AI, I advise on enterprise AI strategies, use-case prioritization, and value-realization roadmaps. I provide guidance on deployment approaches—whether building, fine-tuning, leveraging RAG, extending, or adopting SaaS—and on GPU cluster design. Additionally, I work on agentic AI frameworks, deployment strategies, and AI-driven IT operations (AIOps).

At Accenture, I served as a Tech Strategy Consultant, where I assessed clients’ IT landscapes through surveys and interviews to identify current-state challenges and opportunities. I designed future-state technology roadmaps and developed cost models to support strategic decisions, collaborating with technology specialists to craft tailored business cases aligned with client objectives. My work supported leading energy enterprises in Canada and a major U.S. insurance provider.
As a Business Analyst, I partnered with clients to capture business requirements and worked closely with technical teams to deliver effective solutions. I authored design documents, user stories, and comprehensive test plans, and developed detailed test cases to ensure quality.
