As a Tech Strategy Consultant:

I looked at clients' IT setups using surveys and interviews to see how things were. I imagined how they could be better and figured out the costs. I worked with tech experts to create a business plan that fit each client. My clients included big energy companies in Canada and a top insurance company in the US.

As a Business Analyst:

I checked what clients needed and worked with tech teams to find solutions. I wrote design documents, test plans, and user stories. I also made detailed test cases to ensure quality. I helped plan and manage tasks using tools like JIRA and ServiceNow. I supported one of the world's biggest telecom companies.

At Tata Consultancy Services:

I worked with a big US pharmaceutical company, also a valued client of Gartner. I handled different project phases like gathering requirements, creating proofs-of-concept, coding, debugging, and deploying. I used both waterfall and agile methods.

I led a team of seven, supporting 14 Salesforce CRM and Heroku apps, and 21 SharePoint apps in Legal, HR, and Finance.

Earlier, I was a front-end designer and developer. I created portfolio sites on Salesforce CRM and SharePoint for the client's manufacturing and supplier management divisions.
