Ayca Moseley is a Senior Director Analyst in Gartner’s CIO & AI Leaders team. She supports CxOs in developing and executing Digital, AI and IT strategies that drive business value. Increasing AI maturity, getting value from AI, and ensuring AI strategies holistically cover all required dimensions are frequent conversations she has with clients. She also provides strategy communication guidance, helping IT, digital and AI leaders to communicate their strategy and strategic plans to the Board.

Her research focuses on strategic planning, digital business transformation, the impact of AI and emerging technologies on IT strategy, and the future of strategy itself.

Previous experience

Prior to joining Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights team, she served as a Director in Gartner Consulting, where she advised global organizations on digital business, AI, and data and analytics strategies. Before joining Gartner, she held technology delivery leadership roles in industry and worked in consulting, guiding clients through large-scale transformation initiatives.
