Beth Moller is a Director Analyst in the Organizational Development team. Beth covers global supply chain organizational design, Centers of Excellence (COE), and change management as well as topics impacting an organization including change fatigue, storytelling, high performing teams and branding. Using in-depth cross-industry research and insight into trends, and practitioner experience, Beth provides advice to supply chain leaders on how best to engage people and organizations to address the growing complexity of present-day supply chains.
Beth has more than 20 years of supply chain experience leading End to End supply chain organizations, with leadership in integrated supply chains and Centers of Expertise. These supply chain roles have covered a range of sectors within manufacturing industries such as life sciences, chemicals/oilfield and mining, elevators and warehousing. Beth also was part of the team developing and leading a global supply chain and logistics COE with focus on supply chain services, networking and design. Beth has also studied change management and ensured it was integrated in her organizational practices and activities.
