As a content leader for all software engineering leadership research at Gartner, he works with analysts in delivering thought-leading, practical, and actionable content to Gartner clients in areas such as: leadership strategies and skills, software engineering assessments and tools, software engineering talent strategy, organizational and team structures, and scaling AI-augmented software engineering.
