Cameron Roche is a Director Analyst, on the data and analytics team within Gartner's Business & Technology Insights group. He advises D&A executives on how to become world-class leaders and collaborate across their peers. He also advises on D&A initiatives such as strategy creation and evolution, establishing and modernizing D&A governance, improving data literacy, org/team design, skills and talent management and effectively managing the function through transformation efforts. Mr. Roche regularly supports CDAOs and heads of D&A across Gartner's global conferences through both presentation at CDAO Circle events and 1:1 client engagements.
Prior to returning to Gartner, Mr. Roche worked at a SaaS company where he developed strategic methodologies and best practices for program management and low/no-code development. Mr. Roche's initial stint at Gartner was 4 years and spanned both Applications and I&O research. In these areas he has expertise in DevOps, program level governance and CoE implementation, governance for agile and continuous delivery.
