Carolina Valencia is a VP Team Manager in the HR practice. She leads a team of researchers working on the following KIs: CHRO Effectiveness, HR Functional Management and Strategy, Talent and Performance Management and Total Rewards. While currently Carolina's focus is on developing her team and ensuring her team can deliver on client's critical priorities as it relates to these topics, her own research expertise is primarily on The Human Deal (EVP), Employee Well-Being, Total Rewards Communications and Pay Equity.
Carolina managed a research team and conducted research on economic development. This included topics such as food desserts, banking the underbanked populations, how to improve census counts, among other topics.
