Chet Geschickter is VP Analyst in the Operating Model team within the Global & Large Accounts CIO and Executive group. He helps CIOs and Executives evolve enterprise and IT operating models to deliver on the most important strategic priorities and initiatives of their organization. Chet helps clients diagnose and fix inconsistencies in operating models that create unnecessary friction and undermine business results. He also applies his expertise in performance metrics to help CIOs track, measure and communicate the IT operating model transformation progress.
