Christopher Long is a Vice President, Advisory at Gartner for HR leaders. Mr. Long works in the Human Resources Practice supporting Chief HR Officers and their teams. In this role, he is responsible for connecting Gartner's insights, decision support tools and implementation resources to clients' strategic decisions. He supports Gartner's HR Leadership clients in talent management and human resources and speaks on topics including: HR Function Strategy and Management, HR Structures and Operating Models and HR Team Performance.
