Claire Song is a Senior Specialist Analyst in Gartner's Analytics and AI team. She advises Data and Analytics leaders on their most pressing challenges related to AI and specializes in guiding organizations in developing their AI governance strategy. Her research interests include AI governance, AI organizations, AI literacy and AI talent.
During her first year at Gartner, Claire was a member of Gartner’s D&A Peer and Practitioner Research team, where she produced research on best practices on the topics of change management, D&A and AI literacy, budgeting for D&A functions, and data governance. Prior to joining Gartner, Claire was a Graduate Research Assistant at the National Opinion Research Center at the University of Chicago, where she leveraged her background in social science research and data science to uncover insights into the health and behaviors of Americans using survey data.
