Danielle Casey is a Director Analyst in Gartner's Technology and Service Provider research practice. In this role, Ms. Casey conducts case-based research on emerging technologies, such as agentic AI, generative AI, conversational AI, virtual assistants and AI Avatars, for Gartner's Emerging Technologies and Trends, Innovation and Futures team. Through this research, Ms. Casey identifies emerging capabilities, use cases, new market issues and provides insights on emerging trends to technology provider product leaders.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Casey was an analyst at International Technology and Trade Associates (ITTA), where she covered a broad range of technology and cybersecurity issues. At ITTA, Ms. Casey conducted research and analysis on artificial intelligence, 5G technologies, data/information security, and related regulations, legislation, and program developments in various federal departments to help inform client decision-making.
