Danielle McKinley is an Executive Advisor with Gartner for Sales Leaders, specifically supporting Chief Sales Officers and their teams. In her role, Ms. McKinley works closely with Gartner Sales members to better understand and mitigate business challenges and risks, including driving growth in a more complex selling environment, developing talent and staying ahead of market trends. She comes alongside members to help them leverage Gartner data, content and resources to help them drive change and impact growth within their organizations.
She joined Gartner in 2010 and served in both sales and sales management positions, earning a number of awards including President's Circle, before joining the Advisory team in 2016.
Her areas of expertise include preparing for, developing and launching commercial messages, creating and refining onboarding, coaching and other talent development programs and using research to shape strategic direction in the face of changing market dynamics.
