Previous experience

Mrs. Singer led the IT Procurement organization for a large financial services company for over twenty-five years. She centralized the IT procurement function which included responsibility for all technology contract negotiations, IT procurement process, sourcing for IT, invoice reconciliation, IT subscription and maintenance renewals, contract management, software reconciliation, technology disposals and creating and tracking procurement KPIs. Dawn Singer managed technology suppliers during multiple company acquisitions and divestures both domestically and internationally. She was responsible for supplier software audits. She partnered with the technology finance teams on budgets and chargeback creation. Mrs. Singer partnered with the legal group to develop contract negotiation strategies and processes based on contract risk.
