Duncan Harris is a Gartner expert focusing on HR Strategy, Transformation and Functional Management. His areas of interest include HR strategic alignment, operating model transformation, measurment and HR role and skill evolution. Previously Mr. Harris has led research teams across a variety of areas, most recently organization design, organization effectiveness and change management.
Prior to Gartner, Mr. Harris worked for the Scottish Executive and a bespoke industrial research group. He is also an experienced psychotherapist who brings that training and perspective to the analysis of groups, organizations and systems.
