Emily Strother is a Director, Team Manager with Gartner's Human Resources Practice. In this role, she manages associates who support HR executives in the areas of HR technology, talent analytics, organizational design and change management, and HR function strategy and management.
Previously, Ms. Strother worked with Gartner's Human Resources Practice on diversity, equity and inclusion, employee experience and culture research supporting HR executives and their teams by helping shape and execute DEI and culture strategies and providing leaders with practical, easy-to-implement tools. Some of her research initiatives include The Modern Employee Experience and The New EVP: The Human Deal.
