Eyad Tachwali is an Advisory Sr.Director on the CIO Research Team, where he enables CIOs, senior technology leaders, and business leaders across the C-Suite to leverage Gartner insights to address organizations' mission-critical priorities and the business/management challenges of IT. His key areas of focus are I&T Strategy, helping members increase the Business Value of IT, and rethinking their Operating Models and I&T Culture and Talent to get there fast and right.

Throughout his career, he has gained significant experience across the E2E life cycle, from leading strategy definition to capability implementation, across multiple digital and customer experience transformations, while remaining true to his mission of ensuring that technology serves the needs of an organization's customers and users.

Mr. Tachwali brings 16 years of rich industry experience to the table, expertly navigating the interface of technology and user experience. Before his tenure at Gartner, he played key roles in large corporations, government agencies, startups, and telecom companies, guiding their evolution in customer experience design, strategy, innovation, and digital transitions.
