Mrs. Davis brings extensive experience researching challenges in cybersecurity management, which she then shares with Gartner clients and constituents. She regularly advises CISOs and CIOs and their teams on maturing their Security and Risk Management programs with cutting edge research and thought leadership. In particular Mrs. Davis focuses on security strategy, program management, organization design, CISO role, CISO effectiveness, BISO role, cyber judgement, talent management, security metrics, security polices and governance. She frequently reviews and provides feedback on assessments which includes: Cybersecurity Control, CISO Effectiveness, and ITScore for Security and Risk Management.
Previous experience
In her prior Gartner roles, Mrs. Davis was a thought partner to global security leaders; sharing Gartner's strategic research and insights to mature and grow their security programs. Prior to joining Gartner Mrs. Davis was a business consultant to small and midsize enterprises that wanted to secure and grow their businesses.
