Prior to joining Gartner, I spent 13 years at Highmark Health, culminating in my role as Vice President of AI Strategy & Enablement, where I built and led the enterprise AI Center of Excellence. Reporting to the Chief Analytics Officer, I partnered with C-suite leaders to define AI strategy, implement responsible AI governance, and scale enterprise AI adoption in a highly regulated environment.

Before leading AI at the enterprise level, I spent more than a decade in HR leadership roles, developing deep expertise in workforce strategy, organizational change, talent, and operating model transformation. That foundation proved invaluable as AI moved from a technology initiative to an enterprise leadership priority. That background gave me a unique perspective on the intersection of technology, workforce, and organizational change—enabling me to help business leaders move AI beyond pilots and into sustainable enterprise value. By combining expertise in human capital, change leadership, and AI strategy, I helped drive enterprise-wide adoption across the payer and provider businesses while preparing leaders, employees, and operating models for the future of work.
