Katy Weber is a Senior Director managing research content for the I&O Peer and Practitioner Research Team.
Her current team conducts best practice research into I&O topics such as developing emerging IT skills, shifting monitoring to observability, managing strategic conversations, and communicating the value of cloud. She has also held a number of other research and advisory roles in her time at Gartner. She previously focused on data synthesis, customer and employee experience, and managing organizational culture to drive business goals.
Prior to working with I&O leaders, Ms. Weber worked with senior leaders in consultative and academic research environments.
