Kayla Velnoskey is a Director with Gartner's Gartner’s Business Technology Insights Human Resource practice. She supports research in total rewards, leadership, change and talent and performance management to help HR leaders address their mission critical priorities. Her current work centers on strategic approaches to help leaders lead through ungovernable change. She also focuses on the topics of rewards and recognition and well-being offerings. Kayla leverages her experience in neuroscience and cognitive psychology research to understand HR challenges from a psychological perspective.
Kayla has previously worked in advertising technology, market research, and academic research. Across these experience, she built expertise in research methods and in the neuroscience and psychology of human behavior. She published research on social behavior and decision-making, after which she transitioned into industry where she advised chief marketing officers and brand strategy teams on market research and advertising effectiveness insights.
