Kelly Fischbein joined Gartner in 2022 and serves as a Senior Principal Analyst for Gartner's Sales Practice. In her current role, Ms. Fischbein advises sales leaders in the areas of sales and revenue technology, talent management, and operations. She has worked directly with CSOs to address key challenges around seller role design, manager effectiveness, sales analytics, and closing the buyer-seller value gap.
In her prior role at Gartner, Ms. Fischbein was a peer and practitioner researcher in the Sales practice. There she guided and supported complex research efforts, addressing challenges facing sales leaders and their teams with actionable business ideas and data-driven insights.
