Her research addresses hybrid working technologies especially in meeting solutions and meeting room devices, workforce superapps and collaborative work management globally. She also has an in-depth knowledge of China's digital workplace landscape and players.

Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Lei led the Video Conferencing product management team at Anker, and worked closely with global and local meeting solution providers to define product portfolio, roadmap and go to market strategies.
