Prior to joining Gartner, Laura was an organizational development consultant and provided leadership coaching, project and change management, and led HCM implementations of Learning and Performance HCM modules. As a former HR practitioner, Laura holds the following certifications: HR Professional (PHR, HRCI); Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI); Certified Change Management Professional (Prosci).
