Lynn Stang is a Director, Analyst in the Legal, Risk and Compliance practice group. Lynn helps compliance leaders proactively address their priorities related to compliance program management, including its structure, function, and essential components. She also provides guidance on implementing third-party risk management programs. Lynn has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in corporate legal departments, managing regulatory and compliance legal teams as well corporate compliance professionals, and advising C-Suite leaders on regulatory and compliance matters. She is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP, CCEP-I). Lynn also currently serves as an adjunct professor of law, teaching a compliance course she designed to law students.
Lynn held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at a multi-national company where she led initiatives that resulted in the growth and maturity of the compliance program.
