Previously I worked for a leading Nordic bank where I was a knowledge leader. My main focus was to drive the adoption and improvement of monitoring and observability solutions within the bank and coaching people and teams in the use of monitoring and observability products. I was also responsible for driving the roadmap for observability which involved - simplifying, empowering and automating the observability stack to give teams greater insight into applications and services performance and leveraging the data to allow teams to proactively manage service delivery. Finally, I was also responsible for developing, driving and evangelizing the observability vision, strategy and roadmap across people, process and technology areas.
