This includes supplier management including supplier information, supplier performance, supplier collaboration, and supplier risk management technology.
Over 15 years of experience in leading both direct and indirect procurement organizations, supplier relationship management, procurement technology, and enterprise risk management. At Tempur Sealy he held roles in both direct and indirect procurement and risk management. Most notably he established a new corporate indirect sourcing strategy and organizational structure and introduced a number of first-time strategies on supplier segmentation, risk mitigation measures for ransomware and dependency on manufacturing partners in China, technology solutions for mapping n-tier and measuring supplier financial health. At Lexmark, he split time between managing large tier one manufacturers and the Practices and Systems team which including working on the Procure to Pay SAP global implementation as the SRM, CLM, and eSourcing lead.
