Matthew Brisse serves as a Research Vice President in Gartner's Technical Professionals organization, bringing 15 years of experience in advanced technology research with an emphasis on practical business value. He has spent over a decade developing deep expertise in quantum technologies including quantum computing, sensing, communications, ecosystems, and implementation journeys. Matthew also covers post-quantum cryptography (PQC) programs. In 2026, his research will center on AI supercomputing architectural frameworks that support AI, high-performance computing, supercomputing and quantum ecosystems as the era of quantum advantage emerges.
