Before joining Gartner, Dr. Lowndes was the Digital Architect responsible for the technical platform and roadmap at Travelodge Hotels and previously Which? (The U.K.'s Consumer Association) including vendor selection, integration and performance management. His first websites and intranet were for the University of Oxford during his academic career, which was followed by 9 years evolving the website, intranet and gallery interactives for The Natural History Museum (London).
