Noha Samara is a Senior Director in the Supply Chain Planning team. Noha's Research areas focus on supply chain planning. She specializes in sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand planning, supplier collaboration, supply and inventory planning, customer Collaboration, planning Organization structure and new product launches. Noha guides clients on how to structure planning processes, lead successful planning transformations and upskill the planning talent. Noha also acts as the Chair of the Gartner Supply Chain Planning Summits.
Ms. Samara joined Gartner after a successful career leading several supply chain organizations spanning supply planning, S&OP management, demand planning, customer logistics, category planning, new product introductions and portfolio planning for P&G, Microsoft and HMD Global. In her last role, she set up and led the supply chain planning organization for the successful startup of HMD Global (Nokia Phones).
