Owen Marino is a Senior Specialist, Analyst on the Cloud Platforms and AI Data Centers team within the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) group of Gartner's Business and Technology Insights (BTI) function. His research covers priorities for the Head of Infrastructure and IT Operations including DevOps, SRE, and automation. He also covers cloud platform priorities such as FinOps, general I&O organizational strategy, and has some experiene advising clients on alternative technology options to VMware.
Previously at Gartner, Mr. Marino was a Senior Specialist in Research on Gartner's Infrastructure and Operations Peer and Practitioner Research (PPR) team. Prior to joining Gartner, he was a student at Boston College where he graduated in 2022 with a B.A. in Communication.
