Raashi Rastogi writes research and advises general counsel and legal leaders on opportunities to improve legal department management and operations. During her time at Gartner, Raashi has led development of key research in areas including legal department strategy and adaptive strategic planning, metrics design and development, and knowledge management; most recently, she guided the 2026 Legal, Compliance and Privacy Hot Spots and Future of Legal 2030 research efforts. Her focus also includes legal department structure, process and workload management, and talent management.
Prior to joining Gartner, Raashi Rastogi held positions in management consulting, academia, and the health sector. Her experience ranges from conducting research and teaching to guiding enterprise-level strategic planning, implementation, and assessment activities, advising on internal and external communications, and facilitating change management.
