As part of the HR Tech Analyst team, my prime focus is in helping our client organizations answer strategic technology investment questions in regard to their talent Recruiting and Onboarding priorities.
Most recently, prior to joining Gartner, I co-led Ultimate Software's Product Growth and Innovation team whose charter was to identify and advance meaningfully differentiated people-tech products (advise roadmaps, M&A, and strategic partnering activities) into the portfolio as they aligned to strategic opportunities on the horizon. Before that I managed several different talent and learning management products including their associated P&Ls for leading HCM providers. This allowed me to apply product solutions to business problems I came to well understand as an HR practitioner the 7 years prior at Aetna, CVS Health.
