Mr. Gulzar is a VP analyst in Gartner's Research and Advisory practice. He is a thought leader in the governance space. His primary research focuses on evolving governance in the digital era to benefit people, society and business. He created the adaptive governance approach to optimize the balance between stability and agility (at speed) by enabling enterprises to continuously adjust decision-making guardrails to achieve business outcomes. As a seasoned practitioner and subject matter expert on these topics he has developed and implemented numerous initiatives across multiple industries and has taught on the subjects at postgraduate programs of the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands (TIAS).
