Mr. Chang has over 24 years of international oil and gas experience in operations and maintenance, information technology, operational technology, cloud services, and digital innovation.
Mr. Chang joined Gartner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) where he worked with senior executives from AWS' most strategic clients to develop joint cloud strategies, unearth prospective collaboration opportunities, generate and assess ideas, and expedite their customer innovation agendas.
