Rimma is an expert in the Enterprise Architecture group at Gartner. She work with heads of EA, various EA roles, and technology innovation leaders to surface challenges, analyze solutions, and identify best practices around common EA challenges. Her research has focused on building EA teams, EA governance, talent development, and the evolution of the role in the age of AI. Her recent publications have included work on AI management and strategy from the architecture perspective and research on skill evolution in the EA function.
Prior to working at Gartner, Rimma worked in consulting and attended Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) where she earned her Masters degree in international relations and economics.
