Roland Rivera previously served as principal executive responsible for the Virginia Department of Social Services enterprise-wide information technology services supporting a $2.3B agency and 12,000 FTEs across the Commonwealth of Virginia. Partners with 120 local departments of social services, 25 state offices, and multiple faith-based and non-profit organizations to promote the well-being of children, adults, and families across the Commonwealth. He led 159 IT staff in four divisions responsible for IT strategy and architecture, business analysis, portfolio project management, application development, and infrastructure operations.
