Shubhangi Jena is an Associate Principal Analyst, developing research in the area of enterprise architecture (EA) for EA and Technology Innovation leaders.
Ms. Jena provides insight into building an effective EA group, shaping digital business strategy, and guiding change initiatives. She is focused on helping Gartner clients make strategic decisions about setting up the discipline, leadership communications, communicating strategic plans and overall trends in the enterprise architecture space.
Prior to joining Gartner, Shubhangi worked with LTI Mindtree & Deloitte USI (Offices of the US). At LTI Mindtree, she has been part of ERP transformation project and assisted her clients with their ERP transformation, requirements gathering, and identifying and mitigating risks. At Deloitte USI, Shubhangi has served as Business Analyst, liaising with global stakeholders for their digital transformation or change management initiatives in a fast-paced agile environment and has rotated through several industries including Energy, FMCG & Retail.
