Stephanie is a Senior Director Analyst in the HR practice advising clients in AI, technology, transformation and strategy. She focuses on supporting CHROs and their teams in defining their vision and roadmaps, leveraging AI and technology as enablers in elevating the employee experience, eliminating friction and enhancing HR value to the organization.
Before joining Gartner, Stephanie held various leadership roles at Putnam Investments in both the IT and Human Resources departments. Most recently, she served as an HR Director, where she led the HR Technology and HR Operations teams. Prior to that, she held leadership positions in IT Corporate Systems, overseeing areas such as HR, Finance, General Services/Facilities, and the corporate portal/intranet. Before her tenure at Putnam Investments, Stephanie worked as an SAP consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
