Stuart Strome leads research and advises C-suite clients on a wide array of legal and compliance topics including privacy program creation, management and strategy, budget, staffing and bolstering program maturity. His focus also includes information governance buy-in, data inventorying, mapping and deletion, and records retention policies and training. During his time at Gartner, Stuart has also led several key research initiatives in areas such as AI risk management, corporate ethics and integrity, and regulatory change management.
Prior to joining Gartner, Stuart Strome held research and leadership positions in both research and advisory firms and academic institutions. His previous experience ranged from leading research into on retail theft and loss prevention, managing field operations for a survey research organization at the University of Florida, and conducting and publishing research on a diverse array of topics including criminology, foreign policy and nutritional behavior.
