As a risk expert in Gartner's Supply Chain Practice, Suzie Petrusic, Ph.D., works with Chief Supply Chain Officers and their teams on supply chain risk management in a VUCA, "post"-COVID environment. Dr. Petrusic helps CSCOs and supply chain leaders design and execute truly end-to-end and profitable risk management strategies for their supply chain organizations. She has authored and co-authored research and case studies on topics such as risk, supply chain maturity, the future of the supply chain, digital transformation and decision-making, and supply chain constraints. Three-time recipient of practice- and Gartner-wide research excellence awards, she conducts in-depth research of client's pressing challenges, surfacing evidenced best practices and practical tools practitioners can put to their own use.
Prior to joining the Supply Chain Analyst team, Ms. Petrusic led Gartner's Supply Chain research team, producing award-winning and provocative research related to risk, the future of supply chain, digital technology and decision-making, and supply chain constraints under inflation.
