Tessa Mahon is a Research Director in the Gartner Supply Chain Research & Advisory group. She is focused on helping clients deliver optimal results through continuous learning and personal development in supply chain best practices. Ms. Mahon specializes in the development and implementation of sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand planning and inventory planning.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Mahon was a supply chain practitioner focused on continuous improvements, proactively leading change in supply chain processes. Her previous achievements included the implementation of S&OP, driving changes to demand planning, finished goods supply planning and the management of inventory.
Just prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Mahon worked at Australian Pharmaceuticals (API) on the project team to deliver SAP Unified Demand Forecasting (UDF) and then to lead and manage the demand team through a new demand organization set-up, including resourcing, processes and routines, metrics and RACI.
