Previous experience
Prior to joining Gartner, Victoria established a career in the staffing industry as a recruiter for administrative, general and skilled labor positions. Victoria then transitioned to providing corporate support for all IT and security initiatives. This includes leading project implementations for applicant tracking software, M&A IT transitions, and other technical projects. Victoria also oversaw managed-IT services support, served as an applicant tracking system (ATS) administrator, in-house ATS trainer and established vendor relationships to provide support and collaboration for all technical support needs.
