Zahid Kisa serves as a Research Director within Gartner's Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) team. In this role, he spearheads research initiatives by employing a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods, including root cause analysis, hypothesis generation, survey design, benchmarking, and one-on-one interviews. His work focuses on analyzing and interpreting the business challenges faced by strategic portfolio leaders and senior IT executives, ultimately delivering actionable and objective insights.
