The topics range includes but not limited to: demonstrate talent success in skills or competencies, career pathing, learning and development, upskilling/reskilling, onboarding, recruiting and performance management. At the team level, she also engages leaders to explore team culture & motivation, and enable teams in building high performance. In addition to talent strategy, Mel also works with new to role or seasoned supply chain executives for leadership effectiveness and skills in employee conflict resolution, helping them exploring their blind spots and turning potential into sustained performance.
With over 15 years of industry experience spanning across Consumer Goods/Food & Beverage, Consulting, and Technology sectors, Mrs. Mohamednur brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Prior to Gartner, she was Director of Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) at Constellation Brands, where she successfully established a global team of 11 from the ground up and spearheaded various digital transformation initiatives. In addition to her expertise in talent, culture and employee experience, Mrs. Mohamednur also has worked in Sourcing & Procurement for over 13 years in capacities such as a strategy consultant or a procurement practitioner, supporting chief procurement officers in building digital procurement and improving organization effectiveness.
