Google Workspace Studio plus Gemini 3 brings agentic AI into the tools many sales organizations already live in (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive). It includes prebuilt AI agent starter templates, “prompt to agent” for lower effort customization, and Salesforce CRM integrations. This makes it faster and easier for sales teams to create agents that perform real sales work. CSOs using Google Workspace can lower the barrier to AI entry for their sellers by asking IT to provide them with access to Gemini 3. Even with the lower barrier to entry, ROI is dependent on cooperation with IT and marketing, proving agent reliability, being wary of security challenges, and an emphasis on improving seller efficacy.
