He has more than 30 years professional IT experience across multiple industries including manufacturing, real estate, telecommunications and banking he's adept at translating between technologists and the C-Suite.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Harrison managed SaaS and Support operations for cloud connected IoT gateways, and a PCI compliant solution. He also created an Incident Management rapid response team for a SaaS company, training teams on long term service management techniques.
